WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept e-transfer and cash. All payments are due at pick up.
WHAT IS YOUR DROP OFF/PICK UP PROCEDURE?
All appointments are curbside service.
Feel free to text me when you arrive and I will come outside to get your pup.
*Masks are recommended but not required.
DO YOU GROOM CATS?
No, I only groom small dogs. I have not been trained in cat grooming or exotic pet grooming.
CAN I STAY WHILE MY DOG IS BEING GROOMED?
As a dog owner myself, I understand how hard it is to leave them in the care of someone else. However, for their safety, it is important not to have any distractions so I do not let clients stay to watch and/or help.
IF MY DOG NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET WILL YOU TAKE THEM?
Absolutely. Medical emergencies can happen during grooming. The closest vet to my location is Westheights Veterinary Hospital.
I will always let you know of any health concerns I have for your pet.
*Please be sure to let me know of any medical conditions such as seizures, allergies or heart conditions, as well as any "off" behaviour before your appointment.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
All of my services are by appointment only. With that being said, if you want something done, give me a call and I'll see what I can do!
